The structure is currently under construction in downtown Augusta. The 4-story, 120,000-sf building will connect to the historic Kennebec County Courthouse via pedestrian bridge. The fire protection system for the $55 million dollar facility consists of a Wet System throughout the building, along with a Pre-action system in their data room. It also contains both a Dry Standpipe in the stairwells with hose stations and a complete Dry System in the Parking Garage. Dean and Allyn is coordinating the project using NAVIS WORKS. The building is scheduled for completion in 2015.
